As the Park City Summit County Arts Council, we are working to help promote an RFP from Park City Municipal. They recently re-opened the Request for Proposals for the Creekside Water Treatment Plant with an increased budget. The exterior yard in front of the new Creekside Water Treatment Plant is the perfect space to construct a work of art that will use up-cycled materials from water distribution, be interactive, educational, and visually appealing.
